Cafe 1901
Vero Beach Restaurant Review
Review: Cafe 1901

We parked right on the curb next to Cafe 1901, walked up and opened the door - and wow! We had found it, the decor and ambiance was relaxing and we were immediately greeted and seated at a table for 4.
We ordered two eggs and bacon, a breakfast sandwich, pancakes, and then I spotted the corned beef hash. "Is it homemade or canned?", I asked the friendly waitress (secretly wanting her to say "canned" as homemade corned beef hash can be challenging for many cooks) and she said "Homemade" with a smile. "Hmm, interesting, let's try an order of the corned beef hash also."
The waitess brought out the kids food first (very smart, extra bonus points and tip) and then presented me with the homemade corned beef hash. The presentation and aroma were amazing and then I took a bite - and it was heavenly! The kids and I sampled each other's breakfasts and then ordered another corned beef hash and breakfast sandwich to go for the late sleepers in our crew. They definitely missed out on a great new restaurant in Vero Beach.
Cafe 1901 is definitely a MUST STOP & EAT for your next trip to Vero Beach or your next meal, whichever comes first!
